Bullying in the Workplace

What is Bullying?

WorkSafe Victoria defines bullying as: "Bullying is repeated unreasonable behaviour directed towards a worker or group of workers that creates a risk to health and safety."

Bullying in the workplace can bring a loss in staff productivity, higher overall stress in the workplace and serious risks to occupational health and safety.
