Bullying Mediation

CHS provide qualified and experienced mediators to assist you to find resolution and discussion of the issues at hand.

Our mediation sessions are structured according to the guidelines and laws applicable to resolving issues related to workplace bullying.

In many cases of workplace bullying, a desired outcome is to have behaviours or language change and mediation could be more effective than a formal investigation. As mediation (facilitated by an experienced mediator) encourages better communication and understanding, a working relationship can often be restored.

If the mediation is not successful or if the complaint is more serious, then an investigation would be the next step.
